Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

✅ 60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from your purchase date to request a return. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

To begin a return, email us at myplantlovers@gmail.com. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable items (food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Personal care/beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards & sale items

If you’re unsure about your item, please reach out before purchasing.


🔄 Exchanges

For a quick exchange, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original.


🌍 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.


💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
